What defines the Rifeng W Series?

The Rifeng W Series is a structural rigid foam based on Polymeric Methylmethacrylate (PMI). It features a 100% closed-cell structure, ensuring minimal resin uptake during composite processing.

Designed for industrial composite applications, it withstands curing temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) and pressures used in autoclave and RTM technologies. This makes it a standard-compliant core material for aviation interior panels, radar domes (Radomes), and medical X-ray tables.

Technical & Ordering FAQ

What is the heat distortion temperature of Rifeng W?

Rifeng W series maintains structural integrity up to 180°C - 220°C depending on the specific grade, making it suitable for aerospace autoclave cycles.

Can Rifeng W be thermoformed?

Yes. Due to its thermoplastic nature, Rifeng PMI foam can be thermoformed into complex geometries (like curved fuselage panels) by heating it to approximately 205°C.

Do you offer CNC machining services for cores?

We supply standard sheets and can also provide kit-cutting or CNC machining services based on your CAD files to ensure precise fitment.
