Industrial Grade PMI Structural Foam
Rifeng WF is a closed-cell rigid PMI foam based on Polymethacrylimide (PMI) polymer, completely free of CFC's. It features a Medium Cell Size, making it the most cost-effective industrial-grade solution in our high-performance foam range.


With excellent mechanical properties and high value, Rifeng WF is suitable for a wide variety of structural applications. It is specifically engineered to provide consistent performance in large-scale industrial manufacturing.

Processing and Production
Rifeng WF is particularly suitable for prepreg processing, but can also be used effectively in resin infusion and RTM processes at temperatures up to 130 °C and pressures of 0.3 MPa. Its robust thermal stability ensures reliable results across various manufacturing techniques.


Weight Saving Efficiency
When building composite sandwich components, lightweight Rifeng WF has a closed cell structure that ensures the resin stays exactly where you want it—in the interface. This eliminates excess and unnecessary resin. Less resin take-up during part processing means lower final part weight and reduced overall cost.


Thermoforming and Shaping
