PET structural foam
Rifeng TR series PET structural foam is environmentally friendly, suitable for rail transit, public transportation, construction and home industries and other excellent materials. The friendly adhesion makes it easier to compound the foam with other materials, which can be used in a wider range of fields, such as rail transit nose, roof, door skirt, floor, etc., which can effectively reduce the noise (closed aperture structure), and can effectively reduce the load of the locomotive (light weight). In the field of construction, Rifeng TR series PET structural boards have good mechanical properties and FST (flame retardant, low smoke, non-toxic) performance, as well as environmental protection and recyclable characteristics, and are widely used in thermal insulation walls, roof decoration materials and other fields.


Product Characteristics

  • Fire resistance:Superior FST performance (flame retardant, low smoke and non-toxic)
  • Outstanding thermal stability: Good thermal insulation; Outstanding thermal stability: Rifeng PET structural plate can withstand 180℃ high temperature for a short time in the process of processing and 120℃ high temperature for a long time in the service life. The expansion rate in all directions is very small at 120℃ for 4 hours; After curing process, more effective to eliminate internal stress and improve adhesive strength.
  • Superior mechanical properties: Outstanding fatigue strength, higher compressive, tensile, shear strength and modulus, high modulus means that it is not easy to produce deformation.
  • Excellent weight loss effect: Rifeng PET structural foam combined with fiberglass prepreg or wood can effectively reduce the weight of structural parts in order to save costs effectively.
  • Recyclability: Supercritical CO2 physical foaming technology is adopted, no emission is generated and no harmful substances are added in the production process. It's a thermoplastic foam, which can be recycled after being scrapped.
